| "I am actually at as loss of words on where to begin. My Mother-in-law passed away about a month ago and I wanted to find something special for my sisters-in-laws to honor their Mother. I came across the Pictures On Gold website and I was pretty sure I found "my something special", a color photo pendant of their Mother. I spoke with Danny several times and he was certain he could create a nice pendant. Now I do about 95% of my shopping online, so I have seen the good and the bad when it comes to service. But what happened with Pictures on Gold has never happened to me before. Their service was absolutely out of this world!! You just don't come across a company like this very often, in fact, very few and far between. I only ordered 1 pendant to begin with, being the skeptic I am. Well, when it arrived in less than 2 days after I placed the order, I was floored. And the quality of the work - exceptional - a definite 5 star! I jumped on the phone and ordered 4 more pendants - and they arrived the following day! Again, I had spoke to Danny and gave him my utmost appreciation for doing such excellent quality work in so little time. He was also very sympathetic in the passing of my Mother-in-law, which I appreciated very much - and it proved to me I was talking with a very kind hearted person.
