The terms and conditions set forth below (the "terms") govern you while on this site on the World Wide Web (the "site") and are legally binding on you. If you do not agree with any of the listed conditions, please do not access or otherwise use this site or any information contained on this site. Your use of the site shall be deemed to be your agreement to each of the terms set forth below.

Contest Rules and Guidelines:
1. For Children Photo Contest Parent or Legal Guardian must approve submission of the contestant's photo(s). By submitting a photo, parent or legal guardian grants PicturesOnGold.com staff the right to publish submitted photo(s), child's name, city, and any captions submitted on PicturesOnGold.com website and/or marketing materials.
Slight photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to fit our site properly.
2. Our contests are void where prohibited by law. The contestants assume the total responsibility of knowing that they reside in a state that prohibits photo contests and are subject to any local, state or national laws. PicturesOnGold.com accepts no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations.
3. Photos with nudity or children depicted in a derogatory or dangerous position will not be accepted. PicturesOnGold.com staff reserves all right to refuse any photograph that they define as unacceptable.
4. If a professional photo is submitted to our contests it is recommended that parent or guardian receive rights to use the photo prior to contest submission.
5. The winner will be determined by voting, the photo with the most votes and highest rating wins the Photo Contest. Tell your friends to vote for your photos!
Note:
Limit one prize per household or address. If two or more entries from the same household have highest rating, then photo with less votes will be skipped in winners nominating process. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable.
6. PicturesOnGold.com reserves the right to provide a Cash prize in exchange for a goods or services not currently available. The Cash prize will be paid in an equal to or greater value then the prize replaced.
7. Prizes are based on availability and are subject to change, a prize substitution of equal or greater value will be given.
8. Winners will be announced on website within 2-5 business days after winning photo has been selected. Winners will be informed via email, and prizes will be released within 2 weeks of announcement.
9. All prizes will be given as represented unless monthly contest entries are less than a total of 50 entrants per month. In this instance a prorated portion of the prizes will be distributed to the winner.
10. Voters can vote one time per photo per day. Contestants will be disqualified if we are lead to believe that false e-mail addresses are being created to alter the votes in a positive or negative way. In order to keep the integrity of the contest, PicturesOnGold.com may send random e-mails to voters to ensure that the email addresses are legitmate.
11. Winners may be asked to write a small testimonial about their prize, or take a photograph of themselves with the prize to be posted on our website.
PicturesOnGold.com reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove terms of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without notice to the user. Changes to the Terms & Conditions shall be effective immediately, and subsequent use by you of the PicturesOnGold.com shall constitute your acceptance of these changes. PicturesOnGold.com reserves the right to deny access to PicturesOnGold.com Photo Contest to anyone at any time.
