Q: What is the time frame from placing an order to receiving the item at my front door if engraving a picture and a message is requested?
A: Normally we ship within 4 business days. If you need it sooner let us know. If you provide us with your zip code we can let you know the estimated time of arrival for UPS ground shipping.

Q: How Long does it take get my order?
A: Normally it takes us about a week from the time we receive your order to process it. The shipping method you select determine your arrival time.
