"I received the locket watch I ordered, and instantly loved it. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the way it was engraved. When I called to state the problem, I was treated with extreme respect. Instead of the men sounding annoyed or uncaring, both of them were apologetic, stating they would be happy to re-do it. When I told Danny that I hated to part with it, I was told that I could wear it until I was ready to return it, and they would take care of the problem whenever I was ready. When I did get it back, it was absolutely PERFECT. It makes me feel so good every time I open the locket and get to see the engraved words and photo. It is beautiful. "I ordered 6 pendants for me and my 5 sisters in memory of my Mom. I ordered them in 14K and they were beautiful. I also ordered a man's keychain for my Dad to carry with him, but I could not afford it in 14K, so I ordered it in Sterling Silver. The picture quality was not good. I am not sure if it was because it was on the Sterling Silver or if it was because the picture size was a little bigger then the pendants. Unfortunatly you cannot return picture jewelry so "Live and Learn".
