Description

The Four Way Medal is also known as a Cruciform, and also a Scapular Medal (It takes the latter name from the medal at the top. Traditionally, the Scapular Medal features the Sacred Heart of Jesus on one side and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel on the other side, which, on this medal, is on the reverse). To the right of the Four Way Medal is the ever-popular St. Christopher medal; at the bottom is the equally popular Miraculous Medal; and to the left is the husband of Mary, St. Joseph. The words “I am a Catholic; please call a priest” are inscribed on the back, to indicate to an emergency worker the wearer’s desire for the last sacraments.
