My order number is #417435 and I just shipped the locket yesterday from Claymont, Delaware. It is a silver heart lockett with fake diamonds on the front. A:  This should be no problem syncing it up for you.

Q: What is the time frame from placing an order to receiving the item at my front door if engraving a picture and a message is requested?

As I told you when I placed my order, my son is deploying to Iraq in January and requested 'military' items for Christmas.
