"I have to comment on the service I received last week. I am a repeat customer, I currently wear a bracelet that I ordered from Picturesongold, with 4 charms, (3 of my granddaughter and one of my dog). I ordered a charm bracelet for a friends birthday. I ordered it on a Thursday, it was PRODUCED, SENT NEXT DAY, AND RECEIVED IN LOUISIANA, by FRIDAY AT 11AM!!
You can't get exceptional service like this anywhere! When the gift was given at dinner, in a resturant, the birthday girl CRIED like crazy, people at the party were passing the charm and taking pictures. "The first photo pendant I ordered (5 years ago) was a picture of my grandson, as a Christmas gift to my daughter (her son). She absolutely loved it. As he got older and his looks changed, I ordered a new pendant for her (2 1/2 years later). Now she also has a baby girl, so I had a new pendant made for her this last Christmas, with a picture of both of her children. This is now a tradition from me to her as her children grow up. "I am VERY pleased to see how fast the heart locket pendants arrived. My husband died all of a sudden on Nov. 2, 2008. We had two little girls (4 1/2 and 6 1/2) and when I asked the older one what she wanted for Xmas she told me that he wanted a necklace that held her daddy's picture so she can carry it with her everywhere she goes.
