Made-to-Order & Personalized Items Final Sale

Most of our jewelry is made to order or personalized, which means these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Name jewelry
  • Photo jewelry (including lockets)
  • Religious jewelry
  • Sports jewelry
  • Any custom or personalized designs

These pieces are individually crafted just for you and cannot be resold.

Chains Eligible for Return

The only items eligible for a full refund are standard, non-personalized chains. To qualify for a 100% refund on item only:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • It must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required
