FAQs

Who are PicturesOnGold.com?

Since 1986, we’ve specialized in transforming treasured memories into lasting keepsakes - engraving photos, names, fingerprints, and messages into lockets, charms, and other timeless pieces.

Does personalization delay my order?

No. Personalization does not delay your order or add any extra production time. Creating personalized jewelry is what we do every day, and our production process is built around it. Whether you’re adding a favorite photo, a name, a meaningful date, or a heartfelt message, your piece receives the same fast turnaround.

When will I get my order?

All orders placed before 3 p.m. EST are made the same day and delivered the next business day with overnight shipping. That includes personalized pieces - no extra time needed for that personal touch. It doesn’t get faster than that!

How can you make personalized jewelry so fast?

We have been perfecting our manufacturing for over 40 years, by hand, in America, pairing time-honored techniques with modern technology to create meaningful pieces with exceptional quality, made and shipped to you the same day you place your order.

Do you include a gift box?

Yes! Each piece comes in a gift box, keeping it protected and ready to give. A thoughtful gift deserves to look special before it’s even opened.

Is it waterproof?

Yes! Our jewelry is waterproof and made for everyday wear. There’s no need to take it off before a shower or a swim, or worry about getting caught in the rain.
