What They're Saying

Ellie

Very pleased

Came through as stated on all levels. Locket was just as I pictured and hoped it would be. It will be a life time treasure.

Ann

A company is only as good as its reaction to problems.

I have ordered from this company before and always got excellent results. This last purchase, the locket arrived, but would not close. I saw the two halves did not align properly. I talked to a wonderful agent and after sending her pictures of the locket, they said they would redo it and send me a perfect one. Thank you!!!! I love Pictures on Gold.

A faulty clasp, a helpful response

I've had good purchases here before, which is why I called when my new oval locket wouldn't shut. The two sides weren't meeting correctly. After reviewing my photos, the representative said they'd make another and send it out. A problem is disappointing, but having someone deal with it properly goes a long way.

Love My Locket

I order a silver, oval locket with a color engraved photo. It's the size I wanted to still be considered dainty, but large enough to appreciate the photo inside. I'm very happy with it.
