| Q: Can I send my locket back in later to have the photos put in? |

A: Yes, You can always send your locket back to us later to have the photos lasered inside. This is great for customers who are not sure which photo the recipient would like or are not able to obtain the right photographs. We can also print the "paper photos" for you and you can easily insert them yourself.

| Q: What is the difference between color laser and laser? |
A: The difference between the two is this:
Color Laser - Your Photo will be lasered in Full Color. All facial tones and clothing will have all the same colors as seen on your print. If the person is wearing a blue shirt, you will actually see blue. We compare this method to a magazine print.
 Laser - your photo will be lasered with more of a monotone grayscale look that resembles that of a newspaper. It gives more of a sepia tone.Color laser and Laser are both permanent and the quality is absolutely superb. |

| Q: What size photo do you need? |
| A: We can take any size photo from a small picture to a very large picture. Let us do the cropping and resizing for you. |

| Q: How long does it take to ship? |
| A: It normally only takes us 1 Business day to manufacture your personalized locket. For ex: if you order your locket today, it will most likely ship tomorrow. |

| Q: Can I engrave custom clipart? |
| A: Yes, We do accept Clipart. Please e-mail info@picturesongold.com with your ideas and we let you know if we can proceed. |

| Q: How many characters can I engrave? |
|
A: The reverse side of the locket we allow 130 characters. The right and left side we allow 60. The front we also allow 60 characters. Keep in mind, PicturesOnGold.com will do their best to ensure that we make your engraving as large and as legible as possible. Our high definition lasers are the absolute best there is. |

| A: Yes, you are able to insert your own photos into the locket yourself. Every locket comes with templates that you can trace around your prints and cut out. If you run into trouble, we are always here to help. |

| Q: Will you change my photo and zoom in on the faces? |
| A: Yes, unless stated otherwise in the "special instructions" box we provide you. We normally zoom in to the head, neck, and shoulders to give a nice clear shot of your subjects. |

| Q: What if I don´t want a person or object in my photo, can it be removed? |
| A: Yes, our photoshop artists are the best there is. We will remove who or what you desire. Just let us know in the "special instructions" box we provide you. |
