Returning Your Order
NOTE: We do accept Returns on Custom Made Jewelry but we do add a 20% remelting fee if the item is personalized. If the item is not personalized there will be a 100% refund minus shipping fees. You can get 100% store credit if your item is personalized that can be used towards the purchase of another item
- You may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Please include the following order information:
Send your item(s), original packing materials, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. Merchandise that does not match our product data in our records will be returned or refused.
A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
