How do I order a gift certificate?

- Go to our gift cards page.
- Click the "Buy now" button for the type of gift card you want to purchase, fill out order form and click "Add to cart"

Help! Gift Certificate I ordered didn't arrive

Some e-mail providers give users the option of blocking all e-mail messages that originate outside of their domain. You may want to check with your recipient first to make sure their e-mail is configured to accept e-mails from PicturesOnGold.com

Also we will send you a copy of Gift Certificate you have ordered, you can simply forward it to your recipient if they did not receive email.

To ensure delivery to your inbox (not bulk or junk folders), please add info@picturesongold.com to your address book.

I accidentally deleted my gift card, can you resend it to me?

Please contact us info@picturesongold.com with the following information:

- order number (if possible)
- if you can't find the order number, then please provide us with information you used to place the order: your name, email address, phone number, billing/shipping address
- giver's name and recipient's name
- physical or e-mail address to which the gift card was sent

How do I use my Gift Certificate?

- First, locate your claim code on the e-mail or paper gift card you received.

- PicturesOnGold.com Gift Certificates are redeemable only at www.picturesongold.com.

- Select the items you want to purchase and add them to your Shopping Cart.

- Claim your gift certificate by entering its claim code number on shopping cart page and click "Apply" button

- Upon redeeming your gift certificate, if your purchase exceeds the amount of the gift card, you will need to pay the balance using a credit card.

- Check your Gift Certificate balance

- When redeeming gift certificates, any unused balance will be available for future purchase of merchandise.

- Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash (except for where required by law) and are not refundable if lost or stolen.

- Coupons may not be used to purchase gift certificates.

- No taxes are charged on the purchase of gift certificates - applicable taxes are charged when gift cards are redeemed.

- Gift Certificates will be sent first class at no charge. E-gift cards usually arrive within 24 hours.
