For the most reliable delivery we send all photo pendant, jewelry, and custom picture jewelry orders via UPS, DHL or FedEx. For your reference we ship all jewelry items from zip code 10305.

We ship to UK and Canada. UK, please select the International Shipping Method. Canada, please select the Canada shipping option. Photo Jewelry normally ships in 2-4 business days.

If you have a deadline please let us know and we can ship the same day if needed. You can specify when you need your order in the "Special Instructions" box provided when checking out.

We ship to Military Addresses

Military addresses are treated as U.S. addresses and have U.S. zip codes. Enter the APO or AFO code into the city field.
The following codes are considered "military states" and are entered in the state field.
-AE – Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, Canada
-AP – Armed Forces Pacific
-AA – Armed Forces Americas (excluding Canada)

2nd Day Air	USD $15.00
Delivery time: 2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences) • 3 business days for certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. • Available throughout all 50 states. • Monday–Friday.

CANADA Ground Shipping	USD $20.00

Next Day Air	USD $25.00
Delivery time: next business day by 3 p.m. to most areas • By 4:30 p.m. to some rural areas (2 business days from some areas in Hawaii). • Available throughout all 50 states (except certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii). • Monday–Friday.
