"For some time I've been wanting to have a pendant made up with a laser engraved picture of my late Bichon Frise, Misti. "Outstanding Job!!! I rencently purchased a locket necklace for my mother. We recently lost my little brother and I wanted to get her something special to remember him by we were so very close. Anyways I found a locket on another website I absolutely loved and then found this website because they were the only company to personally engrave photos into jewelry. I emailed this company to see if they could get that particular locket for me and they indeed were able to. I wrote several emails to the company in which Daniel Schifter, a customer service agent with this company, answered very promptly and succeeded himself in helping me with my order. He did a fantastic job answering all my questions and helped me get exactly what I wanted. The company was able to even price match the price of the locket I had found from another website. I needed the locket in a short matter of time, Im talking like a few days, and Daniel was able to get my order submitted on a Thursday and I received my necklace personalized with engraved photos and a message on the back within 4 business days. I was so amazed at the great job they did on the necklace. My moms eyes filled with tears and everyone in the family was stunned at how remarkable the company did with the pictures and the engraving. I have always been so hesitant to purchase items via internet but this company has definitely changed my opinion to that.
