Not only is digital engraving of photographs rare, but the customer service that I received is just as difficult to locate now days. I was under a stringent time constraint so Danny, the co-owner, worked diligently to ensure the lockets were engraved the same day and delivered the following day. My family loved the engraving; the picture was beautiful and so vibrant that I have to return them to have my grandfathers picture engraved on the other side. These truly make excellent gifts for any occasion and I will continue to purchase them not only for myself for my relatives and friends as well."

I just received the pendant of my dear little kitty that I lost suddenly to illness in December.I must admit I was nervous as to how it would turn out since he was a black cat and the picture I wanted to use had a flash that made his eyes look so washed out and "pupil-less" I was afraid he would look like an ink spot with white marble eyes. What a thrill it was to open the box and see his little face just as perfect as it was in life, including his eyes.
