"The customer service for this company is outstanding! UPS lost/misdelivered 2 heart lockets that I ordered for xmas. UPS wouldn't help me at all. I called Pictures on Gold's support and within 2 days, I had the 2 lockets in my hands. I will absolutely do business with this company again.
Our 15 yr old dog passed away and my daughter has taken it very hard. She keeps a small stuffed animal in her backpack for when she gets sad. Now she will always have this special momento that she can wear and keep close to her heart."

I have been looking to get a certain charm for my 15 year old son for about two years. I was looking for a number in sterling silver. I have seen quite a few different ones over the two years but they were never what I wanted to get him and I was never happy with them. I have ordered and sent back at least four of them. I by mistake stumble upon your website. And I am so grateful I did. You had exactly what I wanted to get him. I am so pleased. I just know he will love it. I am so grateful. When I ordered pre-made numbers from jewelry stores it took anywhere from 2 weeks to a month before I received it. But with you I received it in 3 day total. I ordered it Wednesday and got it Friday. They have an item that I love--the Rembrandt police charm. I hope they continue to carry this item and continue to show their support for public safety. "I ordered 6 pendants for me and my 5 sisters in memory of my Mom. I ordered them in 14K and they were beautiful. I also ordered a man's keychain for my Dad to carry with him, but I could not afford it in 14K, so I ordered it in Sterling Silver. The picture quality was not good. I am not sure if it was because it was on the Sterling Silver or if it was because the picture size was a little bigger then the pendants. Unfortunatly you cannot return picture jewelry so "Live and Learn".
