Q: I just placed an order to ship you my own locket for engraving and when I shipped it to you, I forgot to place the order number with the locket. My order number is #417435 and I just shipped the locket yesterday from Claymont, Delaware. It is a silver heart lockett with fake diamonds on the front. A:  This should be no problem syncing it up for you.

Q: What is the time frame from placing an order to receiving the item at my front door if engraving a picture and a message is requested?
A:  Normally we ship within 4 business days. If you need it sooner let us know. If you provide us with your zip code we can let you know the estimated time of arrival for UPS ground shipping.

Q: I have large digital images and your cart would not let me to upload it, what is the easiest way to resize photos to smaller size?

"I ordered 6 pendants for me and my 5 sisters in memory of my Mom. I ordered them in 14K and they were beautiful. I also ordered a man's keychain for my Dad to carry with him, but I could not afford it in 14K, so I ordered it in Sterling Silver. The picture quality was not good. I am not sure if it was because it was on the Sterling Silver or if it was because the picture size was a little bigger then the pendants. Unfortunatly you cannot return picture jewelry so "Live and Learn".
