"I received the locket watch I ordered, and instantly loved it. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the way it was engraved. When I called to state the problem, I was treated with extreme respect. Instead of the men sounding annoyed or uncaring, both of them were apologetic, stating they would be happy to re-do it. When I told Danny that I hated to part with it, I was told that I could wear it until I was ready to return it, and they would take care of the problem whenever I was ready. When I did get it back, it was absolutely PERFECT. It makes me feel so good every time I open the locket and get to see the engraved words and photo. It is beautiful. I have every intention of ordering from them again."
