"I am so excited and pleased with the new corrected photo engraved dog tag I received today!! It is absolutely beautiful, crystal clear and vibrant colors.
As I told you when I placed my order, my son is deploying to Iraq in January and requested 'military' items for Christmas. I thought, what would be more appropriate than an engraved dog tag of the two women he loves most; his mother and his brand new wife who is also deploying in January to Kuwait.
When I got the first dog tag, I was disappointed when I found a mistake, but you were wonderfully understanding when I phoned. You informed me to send it back to be re-done, and you turned it back around to me in less than one week. That is exemplary and commendable customer service, especially with the holiday rush.
